Our class schedule has been updated with classes through May!

There are a couple of new classes that go along with our Beach Party. Beach/Shop Til You Drop Bag (made with hemp or cotton) and Felted Flip Flops will help you get into the summer mode.

About the Beach Party . . . it’s Friday, March 20th. Get rid of the Winter Blues, for an evening of Summer Fun!

  • Meet the author of Ocean Breezes Knitted Scarves, Sheryl Theis
  • Learn how to make a Hairpin Lace sarong
  • See all the new cottons, cotton blends, hemp, linen and more
  • And, of course, knitting . . . and partying . . .

You know our motto – there’s always room for more! So, bring a friend.

Our order of buttons from a new vendor has arrived. If you have something that needs buttons, hurry in to see this great selection.

Included in this order are “backer” buttons that you use to anchor large and heavy buttons.

Be here or be square! Oh, we have square buttons, too.

We just received Malabrigo’s Silky Merino. It’s 51% Silk and 49% Merino and the colors are incredible. It can be used for all kinds of projects – fingerless mitts, cowls, hats, scarves, sweaters. This is a picture of Indecita Silky Merino.

We also received more Malabrigo Sock and Worsted.

Come in while the selection is still here!

My nephew, Dan, sent me this article. Thought many knitters and crocheters would find it interesting and encouraging!

Sweater Workshops March 1, 2009

Some of you already know that we have a Sweater Workshop on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30. It started a little slow but I think our UFO (Un-Finished Objects) Party (last Friday night) got people thinking about the projects they have yet to complete. We had a great turnout this past Monday and look forward to providing our customers assistance on their projects.
